Garden Retreat is a seasonal program at Grounds For Sculpture designed to invite visitors into slower, restorative experiences inspired by art and nature. These workshops bring together artists, educators, and wellness practitioners to guide participants through reflective activities that encourage creativity, mindfulness, and connection within the peaceful landscape of the sculpture park.
As part of the Garden Retreat series, Pause — A Mindful Creative Session offers a welcoming space to explore creativity as a practice of rest, curiosity, and self-connection. Through simple visual art techniques and guided prompts, participants are encouraged to create freely and focus on process rather than perfection.
No prior artistic experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
